What is the difference between the Volkswagen Transporter T5 and T6?

The T6, launched in 2015, brought Euro 6 2.0 TDI engines and an updated cabin on the T5's base. The T5, built from 2003 to 2015, moved to common-rail 2.0 TDI engines in 2009, the most sought-after versions of that generation.

Is the Volkswagen Caddy a good family car?

Yes, in passenger form: the Caddy with rear seats and the longer Caddy Maxi seat up to seven. Sliding side doors make child seats easy in tight car parks.

What should I check on a used Volkswagen Transporter?

On a working Transporter, check the clutch and dual-mass flywheel, the sliding doors and wear in the load area. On TDI engines, ask for the history of the particulate filter and the EGR valve.
