Is the Kia seven-year warranty still valid on a used car?

Yes, it runs from the first registration and transfers to later owners, provided the car was serviced on schedule. Ask for the service book to confirm the warranty still applies.

Which Kia petrol engine is the most reliable?

The naturally aspirated 1.2 MPI in the Picanto and Rio is the simplest and least troublesome. The turbocharged 1.0 T-GDi is livelier but, like most direct-injection engines, needs on-time oil changes.

Which Crit'Air sticker does a used Kia petrol get?

A Kia petrol registered from 2011, meeting Euro 5 or 6, gets Crit'Air 1, the best class short of electric. That keeps it clear of the restrictions French low-emission zones place on older cars.
