What is the difference between the SsangYong Tivoli, Korando and Rexton?

The SsangYong Tivoli is a small SUV, the Korando a compact family SUV and the Rexton a large seven-seater on a separate chassis. Only the Rexton has a ladder frame and low-range gearing for heavy towing and rough tracks.

Is SsangYong now called KGM?

Yes: SsangYong was renamed KG Mobility, or KGM, in 2023 after being bought by the KG Group. The models carry on under the new name, and parts and servicing continue through the same dealer network.

Which SsangYong SUV can tow the most?

The SsangYong Rexton tows the most, thanks to its ladder frame and 2.2 diesel. Check the maximum towing mass on the car's technical data sheet, as it varies by version.
