What Mycarro is
Mycarro is an information and marketplace platform: we help you search, compare, and value cars, and connect with dealers. We are not the seller of the vehicles listed. Listings and vehicle data are sourced from dealers and third-party sources; while we work to keep them accurate, we do not warrant that any listing, price, valuation, or specification is complete, current, or error-free. Any purchase is a contract between you and the relevant seller.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt it, misuse it, scrape or harvest data at scale, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or infringe the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The site and its content — text, graphics, logos, software, and design — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our permission. Listing data remains the property of its respective sources.

Listing data and removal requests
Listings are indexed from sources that publish them openly on the internet. How we collect them, the legal grounds we rely on, and how a website, seller or rights holder can ask us to remove data are explained on our data removal page, listed under Help.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law, which is unaffected.

Governing law and disputes
