Which Skoda petrol engine is most reliable?

The 1.0 TSI and the 1.5 TSI built since 2017 have a good record, as do the later belt-driven 1.2 and 1.4 TSI. The early chain-driven 1.2 TSI is the one to check for timing chain noise on a cold start.

Does a petrol Skoda get the ECO label in Spain?

Only the mild-hybrid e-TEC versions, which earn ECO, and the plug-in iV models, which can carry the zero-emission label. Other petrol Skodas registered from 2006 get the C label.

Is a petrol Skoda with a DSG gearbox a good buy?

Generally yes, but the seven-speed dry-clutch DSG fitted to smaller petrol engines can judder when pulling away, so test it in slow traffic. Ask whether the gearbox's mechatronic unit has been replaced or updated.
