Is the 1.0 TSI enough for a Skoda Karoq?

For town and occasional motorway use, yes, but it feels stretched with a full load or on long climbs. The 1.5 TSI is the better all-rounder for a car of this size. The 1.0 TSI still has lower running costs and simpler mechanics.

What problems does the Skoda Karoq 1.5 TSI have?

The best known is hesitation or jerking when cold on early cars, from around 2017 to 2019, which software updates largely cured. Ask whether the updates were done and drive the car from a cold start. Otherwise the engine has a good record.

Which DGT label does a petrol Skoda Karoq get?

Every petrol Karoq carries the C label, as it meets Euro 6. Under current rules that lets it into the low-emission zones of Madrid, Barcelona and other cities. There is no hybrid Karoq, so no petrol version gets the ECO label.
