How does Seville's heat affect a used Renault?

Long hot summers wear the air conditioning, the 12-volt battery and rubber parts, so check that the air conditioning cools properly. On E-Tech hybrids and electric Renaults, a check of the traction battery's health is worthwhile.

Who pays the ITP on a used Renault bought in Seville?

In a private sale the buyer pays ITP to the Junta de Andalucía. A dealer sale includes IVA and no ITP.

Does Renault build cars in Seville?

Renault's Seville plant makes gearboxes rather than cars; the brand's Spanish car plants are in Valladolid and Palencia. The Captur comes from Valladolid and the Austral from Palencia.
