Does the Porsche Macan PDK gearbox need servicing?

Yes, Porsche schedules a PDK fluid change, and a car that has missed it can judder when pulling away. Ask for the service record showing it was done.

Was the Porsche Macan ever sold with a manual gearbox?

No, every combustion Macan came with the PDK dual-clutch automatic. The electric Macan from 2024 uses a single-speed drive instead.

Which DGT label does an automatic Porsche Macan get?

Petrol Macans and Euro 6 diesels get the C label, while the electric Macan carries the zero label. The label decides access to Spanish low-emission zones.
