What should I check on a used Opel in Seville because of the heat?

Check that the air conditioning cools well both moving and at idle, and look at the battery, which heat wears out sooner. Door seals, headlamps and the dashboard show years in the sun.

Where is ITP paid on an Opel bought in Seville?

In Andalusia, ITP on a private sale is paid to the Junta de Andalucía before the transfer at the DGT. Buying from a dealer, no ITP is due because the sale carries VAT.

Does an Opel need a DGT label to drive in Seville?

Seville, like every Spanish municipality of over 50,000 people, must have a low-emission zone, and the label decides access. An Opel with a C, ECO or CERO label carries the least risk of restrictions.
