What should I test on a used automatic MG HS?

On a dual-clutch MG HS, try slow pull-aways, reversing and parking, where hesitation or jerks show up. Check too whether the gearbox software updates were done at an MG dealer.

Which DGT label does an automatic MG HS get?

It depends on the engine: the automatic petrol MG HS gets the C label, the hybrid the ECO label and the plug-in EHS the zero-emission label. The automatic gearbox on its own does not change the label.
