What separates a Mercedes-AMG sports car from a Mercedes in AMG Line trim?

A Mercedes-AMG such as the C 43, C 63 or A 45 has an engine, suspension and brakes developed by AMG. AMG Line is only a styling pack, with bumpers, wheels and seats, on a standard engine.

What should I check on a used Mercedes-AMG sports car?

Tyres and brake discs wear quickly and are expensive, so check their wear and when they were last replaced. Uneven wear or signs of track use justify an inspection at a specialist.

How is IVTM worked out for a Mercedes sports car in Spain?

IVTM is paid to the town hall according to fiscal horsepower, so a big-engined AMG pays more than a C 200 in the same town. Each municipality sets its own coefficient within legal limits.
