What is the difference between the Mercedes SLK and SLC?

SLC is the name the third-generation SLK took in 2016, along with a facelift. Both are two-seat roadsters with a folding metal roof.

What should I check on the roof of a used Mercedes convertible?

Open and close the roof several times: on a folding hardtop, look for hydraulic fluid leaks. On a fabric roof, check for tears, worn seals and signs of water in the boot or carpets.

Which Mercedes convertibles have four seats?

The C-Class, E-Class and S-Class Cabriolets, and the older CLK Cabriolet, carry four people. The SLK and SLC are two-seaters, as are SLs built before 2022.
