Which DGT label does a Mercedes GLC hybrid get?

A plug-in GLC with at least 40 km of electric range gets the CERO label; below that, and on every mild hybrid, it is ECO. The label can be checked on the DGT website by registration number.

What is the difference between the Mercedes GLC 300 e and 300 de?

The 300 e pairs the electric motor with a petrol engine, the 300 de with a diesel. The 300 de suits long motorway runs once the battery is empty, the 300 e mostly urban driving.

Does the battery shrink the boot of a Mercedes GLC plug-in hybrid?

Yes, the plug-ins carry their battery under the boot floor, so load space is smaller than in a diesel or petrol GLC. Check that it takes your luggage before buying.
