Which DGT label does a used Lexus get?

Self-charging hybrids carry the ECO label. Plug-in versions with enough electric range, such as the NX 450h+, and electric models like the UX 300e get the zero-emissions label. Older petrol-only models are usually C.

Is the hybrid battery a worry on an older Lexus?

Lexus hybrid systems have a reputation for long life, but the battery ages like any other. A dealer health check reports its condition, and a car that has had one recently is easier to judge.

It is Lexus's extended warranty: each service at an official Lexus workshop renews the cover for another year, up to an age and mileage limit. On a used car, ask whether the servicing kept it active, since it stays with the car.
