Can a manual Hyundai Tucson get the ECO label?

What should I check on a manual Hyundai Tucson?

Make sure the clutch bites smoothly and not too high, especially on cars used in town or for towing. On diesels, vibration at idle can point to a worn dual-mass flywheel.
