Can I drive a used Ford without a DGT label in Barcelona?

Not on weekdays from 7:00 to 20:00 inside the Rondas low-emission zone, which covers Barcelona and neighbouring towns. A petrol Ford registered from 2006 or a Euro 6 diesel carries a label and drives freely.

Who collects the ITP on a used Ford bought in Barcelona?

On a private sale the buyer pays ITP to the Generalitat de Catalunya before the DGT records the transfer. Buying from a dealer carries no ITP.

Where do I transfer a Ford bought in Barcelona?

The DGT processes the change of ownership, online or at the Jefatura Provincial de Tráfico de Barcelona, and many buyers use a gestor. The car also needs a valid ITV, done at any station in the province.
