What should I check on a used Fiat in Seville because of the heat?

Start with the air conditioning, which must blow cold within a minute or two. Then look at the battery, door seals, tyres and dashboard plastics, all of which age faster under the Andalusian sun.

Where is ITP paid when buying a used Fiat privately in Seville?

To the Agencia Tributaria de Andalucía, which sets the rate for the region. The DGT transfers the car only once the tax is paid, and a dealer sale carries IVA instead.

Which Fiat suits Seville's old town?

The 500 and Panda fit the narrow streets of the historic centre and Triana better than any larger car. Parts of the centre limit car access, so check where you can park before choosing.
