Can a used Dacia without a label drive in Barcelona?

No, cars without a DGT label cannot drive in the Rondes de Barcelona low-emission zone on weekdays during the day. Any Dacia with the B, C, ECO or CERO label may enter.

Who collects the tax on a private used Dacia sale in Barcelona?

On a private sale the buyer pays ITP to the Generalitat de Catalunya, based on the official value of the car. Buying from a dealer carries no ITP.

Is an electric Dacia Spring worth buying in Barcelona?

For city use, yes: the Spring carries the CERO label, has no restrictions in the low-emission zone and its small size suits Barcelona's tight streets and parking. Check the battery's state of health and the charging cable before buying.
