Where do you pay ITP on a used Audi bought in Murcia?

To the Comunidad Autónoma de la Región de Murcia, which collects the tax. It applies only to a private sale; a dealer sale carries no ITP.

Does the Murcia heat affect a used Audi?

Yes: the 12 V battery, rubber seals and air conditioning suffer first on a car parked in the sun. On a hybrid Audi, ask about the traction battery's health too.

Which label does a used Audi need in Murcia or Cartagena?

Both cities must have a low-emission zone, where the DGT label decides access. A petrol Audi from 2006 or a Euro 6 TDI has the C; a Euro 4 or 5 diesel, the B.
