Which environmental label does a used Audi diesel get in Spain?

A Euro 6 Audi TDI, usually registered from September 2015, gets the DGT C label; Euro 4 and Euro 5 diesels get the B. Diesels from before 2006 have no label and face the most limits in low-emission zones.

Is an Audi 2.0 TDI from the emissions scandal a good buy?

It can be, as long as it has had the official recall's software update. Check the history for it, and check the particulate filter and EGR valve.

What does an Audi TDI with AdBlue need?

Newer TDIs use AdBlue, topped up separately from the fuel. Faults in the tank's sensor or heater are known and can stop the car starting, so make sure no warning shows on the dashboard.
