Which Audi A1 petrol engine is best?

Do older Audi A1 petrol engines have timing-chain problems?

The early 1.2 and 1.4 TFSI used a timing chain that could stretch, with a rattle on cold starts as the warning. The engines introduced with the 2015 facelift use a belt and avoid it.

Which DGT label does a petrol Audi A1 get in Spain?

Every petrol Audi A1 carries the C label, since even the first generation met Euro 5. That lets it into Spanish low-emission zones under the general rules for C-label cars.
