Is the Alfa Romeo Giulia's 2.2 JTDm engine reliable?

The 2.2 JTDm is a modern chain-driven diesel that holds up well with on-time servicing. Check the particulate filter and EGR valve on cars used mostly in town.

Which DGT label does a diesel Alfa Romeo get in Spain?

A Euro 6 diesel Alfa Romeo, generally registered from September 2015, gets the C label. Earlier ones from 2006 get the B label, which already faces limits in some low-emission zones.

Is a diesel Alfa Romeo Giulietta worth buying?

The Giulietta 1.6 and 2.0 JTDm is frugal on the open road and has an agile chassis. For town-only driving the particulate filter suffers, and a petrol version may suit better.
