Was the Alfa Romeo Stelvio ever sold with a manual gearbox?

No, the Stelvio was only ever sold with the ZF eight-speed automatic. Any used Stelvio in Spain is therefore an automatic, whether petrol, diesel or Quadrifoglio.

What should I check on an Alfa Romeo Stelvio automatic gearbox?

The ZF eight-speed is a durable unit, but shifts should be smooth from cold and when manoeuvring. Ask for the service history and whether the gearbox oil has been changed on high-mileage cars.

Which DGT environmental label does an Alfa Romeo Stelvio get?

Petrol and diesel Stelvios meeting Euro 6 carry the C label. That label decides access to the low-emission zones in Spanish cities.
