Is the Toyota Yaris hybrid available with a manual gearbox?

No, every Yaris hybrid uses the clutchless e-CVT transmission. A manual Yaris means a petrol-only version or, in older generations, the 1.4 D-4D diesel.

Is the manual Toyota Yaris 1.0 enough for the motorway?

For town and short trips, yes; on the motorway the three-cylinder runs at high revs and overtaking needs room. The 1.33 and 1.5 cope better with long journeys.

What should I check on the clutch of a used manual Toyota Yaris?

On a Yaris used mostly in town the clutch wears faster: make sure it does not slip when accelerating in a high gear and that the biting point is not too high.
