Is the 2024 Peugeot 308 Hybrid a plug-in hybrid?

No: the Hybrid 136 is a 48 V mild hybrid that cannot be plugged in and only runs on electricity at low speed. Plug-in versions have a charging socket and the Plug-in Hybrid badge.

No, the 1.2 in the 48 V hybrid uses a timing chain, unlike the earlier PureTech with its oil-bathed belt. That is a point in its favour for buyers wary of that problem.
