Do electric Opels pay IUC road tax in Portugal?

No: fully electric cars are exempt from IUC in Portugal. They pay no ISV either, which matters when the car is imported.

How do I check the battery on a used Opel Corsa-e?

Ask for a battery health report from a diagnostic at a Stellantis dealer. Also check how much of the battery warranty remains, as it runs longer than the cover on the rest of the car.

Where can I charge an electric Opel in Portugal?

At home on a wallbox or on the public Mobi.E network, which covers the mainland and the islands. Every electric Opel takes DC rapid charging, and the on-board charger's power varies by version.
