Which SEAT Arona petrol engine should I choose?

The 1.0 TSI suits most drivers and is the most common, with enough pull for town and motorway in its stronger versions. The 1.5 TSI is smoother and quicker, and shuts down two cylinders at light load to save fuel.

Is the SEAT Arona 1.0 TSI reliable?

Generally yes, when serviced on time with the correct oil. A slight vibration at idle is normal for a three-cylinder; check that the timing belt has been changed when the service schedule calls for it.

What changed with the 2021 SEAT Arona facelift?

The facelift brought a redesigned front, a new dashboard with a larger central screen and more driver-assistance equipment. The petrol engines stayed largely the same.
