What range does the Renault Mégane E-Tech Electric have?

It depends on the battery: the 60 kWh version offers considerably more range than the 40 kWh one. On the motorway and in cold weather, real range falls below the official figure, as with any electric car.

Does the Renault Mégane E-Tech Electric pay IUC road tax in Portugal?

No, fully electric cars are exempt from IUC in Portugal and pay no ISV either. That annual saving counts when comparing it with a diesel Mégane.

How do I check the battery on a used Renault Mégane E-Tech?

Ask for a battery state-of-health report, which a Renault dealer can produce. The battery carries an eight-year warranty that stays with the car, so check the date of first registration.
