Is there a manual Toyota Yaris Hybrid?

No, the Yaris Hybrid has only ever come with the e-CVT automatic. A manual Yaris is always a petrol, a diesel or a GR Yaris.

Is a manual Toyota Yaris diesel worth buying in France?

The 1.4 D-4D suits drivers who cover long distances, but as a Euro 5 or 6 diesel it gets the Crit'Air 2 sticker, one step below a petrol's Crit'Air 1. For mostly urban driving, a petrol manual is the simpler choice.

What should I check on a used Toyota GR Yaris?

Ask how the car has been used: many GR Yaris do track days, which wear the clutch, brakes and tyres faster. A service history from a Toyota dealer and a check of the clutch matter more here than on a city Yaris.
