Which used Ford Fiesta generation should I buy?

The last Fiesta, sold from 2017 to 2023, is the most refined, with better safety equipment and mild-hybrid EcoBoost versions late in its life. The previous generation, from 2008 to 2017, is simpler, but check older automatics carefully.

Is a small Ford a good first car in France?

A Fiesta or Ka+ is a common first car thanks to its modest size, low running costs and easy handling. A petrol version suits short trips better than a diesel and gets a better Crit'Air sticker.

Which Crit'Air sticker does a used Ford Fiesta get?

A petrol Fiesta registered from 2011 gets Crit'Air 1. Diesel Fiestas get Crit'Air 2 if they meet Euro 6 and Crit'Air 3 if older.
