Is the Renault Zoe a good small car for the city?

Yes. The Zoe is compact, easy to park and quiet, and in town its range goes furthest because regenerative braking recovers energy at every stop.

Is the Renault Zoe big enough for a small family?

For a small family, mostly yes. It has five doors and a boot that is generous for its size, though the rear bench is most comfortable for two adults or children.

Which Renault Zoe should I choose, Phase 1 or Phase 2?

Phase 2, from 2019, has a redesigned interior, a 52 kWh battery and optional DC rapid charging. Phase 1 cars cost less but often have smaller batteries and charge on AC only.

From €4,150 to €25,500, half under €15,500 · Typically 2020 with 63,779 km. The Zoe is a five-door supermini sized for town, with its battery under the floor so the boot stays usable. Short city trips and home charging suit it best; long motorway runs are where a smaller battery shows.
