Is the Renault Zoe battery owned or rented?

It depends on the car. Many Zoes were sold with a battery rental contract that the buyer must take over with a monthly fee, while others include the battery. The documents and the contract show which applies.

What range does a used Renault Zoe have?

It depends mostly on the battery: the 41 and 52 kWh versions go much further than the original 22 kWh car. Battery wear, cold weather and motorway speeds all cut real-world range, so check the battery's state of health.

Does a Renault Zoe pay IUC in Portugal?

No. Fully electric cars are exempt from IUC in Portugal. They pay no ISV when imported either.
