Is a 2019 Renault Clio a Clio IV or a Clio V?

It can be either: the Clio IV was sold until the Clio V arrived later in 2019. The Clio V is easiest to spot inside, by its redesigned dashboard with a central touchscreen and better materials.

Which engines did the 2019 Renault Clio V have?

At launch the Clio V came with SCe and TCe 100 petrols, a TCe 130 with the EDC automatic and Blue dCi diesels. The E-Tech hybrid only arrived in 2020.

Is the 2019 Renault Clio V better than the Clio IV?

In cabin quality, safety equipment and refinement, yes, as the Clio V moved to a newer platform. A late Clio IV is simpler and remains a sensible buy with the proven 1.5 dCi or 0.9 TCe.
