Question 1

Which used Nissan suits driving around Braga?

Accepted Answer

For the city and the A3 commute to Porto, a Micra, Juke or Qashqai is enough. Anyone heading into the Gerês or along rural Minho roads may prefer a four-wheel-drive X-Trail or Qashqai.

Question 2

What should I check on a used Nissan Navara?

Accepted Answer

Look under the car for rust on the chassis and for damage from towing or heavy loads. A Navara registered as a goods vehicle is taxed and inspected under different rules from a passenger car, so check how it is classified on its registration document.

Question 3

Is a used Nissan Leaf practical in Braga?

Accepted Answer

For daily trips around Braga and to nearby towns the range is usually enough, and there are public chargers in the city. Have the battery health read before buying, since it decides the real range more than the mileage does.

Question 4

Dealer or private seller: what changes when buying a Nissan in Braga?

Accepted Answer

A dealer handles the transfer at the Registo Automóvel, and a used car sold by a dealer carries a legal guarantee, which a private sale does not. Buying privately can cost less, but any fault found later is yours to fix.
