Question 1

Which new petrol Toyotas are sold in Portugal?

Accepted Answer

The only new pure-petrol Toyotas are the GR Yaris and the ProAce City van, both with manual gearboxes. The rest of the passenger range uses petrol engines too, but always within a hybrid system.

Question 2

Which versions does the new Toyota GR Yaris come in?

Accepted Answer

The new Toyota GR Yaris has a 1.6 turbo engine with 280 hp, a manual gearbox and all-wheel drive. It is sold in Aero Performance and Legend versions.

Question 3

New Toyota: petrol or hybrid?

Accepted Answer

For an everyday Toyota, the hybrid is the natural choice, because nearly the whole passenger range only comes that way. Pure petrol makes sense in the GR Yaris, for its performance, or in the ProAce City as a simple van.

Question 4

What ISV and IUC does a new petrol Toyota pay?

Accepted Answer

ISV on a new petrol Toyota is calculated on engine size and CO₂ and is normally included in the list price. The annual IUC follows the same criteria, and for a van such as the ProAce City it also depends on how it is registered.
