Question 1

Which versions does the new Toyota Corolla come in?

Accepted Answer

The new Toyota Corolla is always a hybrid, with the 140 hp 1.8 Hybrid or the 200 hp 2.0 Hybrid. The 2.0 is reserved for the Exclusive and GR Sport trims of the hatchback and Touring Sports, and the Sedan comes only with the 1.8.

Question 2

Toyota Corolla 1.8 or 2.0 Hybrid?

Accepted Answer

The 140 hp Toyota Corolla 1.8 Hybrid is enough for everyday driving and comes in every trim and body. The 200 hp 2.0 Hybrid is much quicker and suits drivers who cover long distances or load up the Touring Sports.

Question 3

What is the difference between the Corolla, Touring Sports and Sedan?

Accepted Answer

The Toyota Corolla hatchback is the most compact, the Touring Sports is the estate with the largest boot, and the Sedan is the three-box saloon. The Sedan comes in Comfort, Exclusive and Luxury trims, always with the 1.8 Hybrid.

Question 4

What ISV and IUC does a new Toyota Corolla pay?

Accepted Answer

ISV on a new Toyota Corolla depends on engine size and CO₂, is normally included in the list price and is lower on the 1.8 than on the 2.0. Annual IUC follows the same criteria, and the hybrid's low emissions keep it modest.
