Question 1

Which engines does the new Skoda Fabia offer?

Accepted Answer

The new Skoda Fabia offers the 1.0 MPI with 80 hp, the 1.0 TSI with 95 hp and 116 hp and the 1.5 TSI with 150 hp. All are petrol; the 116 hp comes with a manual or DSG, and the 150 hp with DSG only.

Question 2

What does the Fabia Monte Carlo Edition add?

Accepted Answer

The Fabia Monte Carlo Edition adds a sporty look, with black exterior details, to the Selection's equipment. It is also the only Fabia with the 150 hp 1.5 TSI.

Question 3

How much ISV and IUC does a new Skoda Fabia pay?

Accepted Answer

A new Skoda Fabia pays ISV once, at first registration, normally already in the list price. With small, low-emission engines, its annual IUC is among the lowest for petrol cars.

Question 4

Is a new Skoda Fabia worth it over one a few years old?

Accepted Answer

A new Fabia comes with the full factory warranty and the latest driver-assistance systems. As a supermini it loses less in absolute terms than a larger car, which narrows the case for one a few years old.
