Question 1

Which engines does the new Renault Kangoo have?

Accepted Answer

The new Renault Kangoo is sold as a diesel with the Blue dCi 95 or 115, the latter also with the EDC automatic, and as the 120 hp electric Kangoo E-Tech. The Grand Kangoo comes with the Blue dCi 115 and as an E-Tech.

Question 2

What is the difference between the Renault Kangoo and Grand Kangoo?

Accepted Answer

The Renault Grand Kangoo is the long version, with seven seats and more room at the back. The standard Kangoo has five seats and is easier to park in town.

Question 3

Which charger should you choose on the Renault Kangoo E-Tech?

Accepted Answer

The Renault Kangoo E-Tech is sold with an 11 or 22 kW AC charger, and some versions add DC rapid charging at up to 80 kW. The 22 kW charger and rapid charging shorten stops for drivers who do not only charge at home.

Question 4

Does the Renault Kangoo E-Tech pay ISV and IUC?

Accepted Answer

No: being fully electric, the Kangoo E-Tech is exempt from ISV and IUC in Portugal. The Blue dCi versions pay ISV at registration and an annual IUC, including the additional charge on diesel passenger cars.
