Question 2

Question 3

Accepted Answer

Yes, a plug-in hybrid that meets the legal electric-range and CO2 emissions limits pays only part of the ISV. IUC is still paid every year, based on engine size and emissions.

Question 4

Is a new plug-in hybrid Peugeot worth it?

It pays off mainly for drivers who charge at home or at work and make short daily trips, where the petrol engine barely runs. On long journeys without charging, it uses fuel like a heavier petrol car.
