Question 1

Which versions does the new Mini Cooper come in?

Accepted Answer

The petrol Mini Cooper comes as the One with 122 hp and the C with 156 hp, in three- or five-door form, plus the John Cooper Works with 231 hp. The electric one comes as the E with 184 hp, the SE with 218 hp and the John Cooper Works E with 258 hp, three-door only.

Question 2

New Mini Cooper: petrol or electric?

Accepted Answer

The electric Mini Cooper pays no ISV or IUC and is the more powerful at each level, but it only comes as a three-door. The petrol Cooper, with a dual-clutch automatic, is the one offered with five doors.

Question 3

How much does a new Mini Cooper cost?

Accepted Answer

A new Mini Cooper ranges from the three-door petrol One to the electric John Cooper Works, depending on powertrain and equipment. Mini revises its price list during the year, so each version links to the manufacturer.

Question 4

Is a new Mini Cooper worth it over one a few years old?

Accepted Answer

A new Mini Cooper comes with the full factory warranty and the new-generation cabin, with its round central OLED screen. On the other hand, it loses the most value in its first years.
