Question 1

Which new electric cars does Fiat sell in Portugal?

Accepted Answer

Fiat sells the 500e, as hatchback and cabrio, the 600e compact SUV, the Grande Panda and the Qubo L people carrier in fully electric form in Portugal. All of them have automatic transmission.

Question 2

Does a new electric Fiat pay ISV and IUC in Portugal?

Accepted Answer

No: a fully electric car is exempt from ISV at first registration and from the annual IUC. A company buying one may also be able to reclaim the VAT, within the price limit the law sets.

Question 3

How much does a new Fiat 500e cost?

Accepted Answer

A new Fiat 500e ranges from the entry version to the best-equipped one, and the Cabrio costs more than the hatchback with the same kit. Fiat revises its price list during the year, so each version links to the manufacturer.

Question 4

Is a new electric Fiat worth it over one a few years old?

Accepted Answer

A new electric Fiat comes with the full factory warranty, battery cover included, and the latest software. On the other hand, an electric car loses most of its value in its first years.
