Is there a manual BMW X1 of the latest generation?

No. The U11 X1 launched in 2022 is offered only with an automatic, so a manual X1 is always an E84 or an F48.

What should I check on a manual BMW X1 clutch?

Check that the clutch bites at a normal height and does not judder pulling away, since the diesel X1's dual-mass flywheel wears with town use. A rattle at idle that fades when the clutch is pressed points to the flywheel.

Is a manual BMW X1 xDrive rare?

Yes. The E84 offered all-wheel drive with a manual gearbox on some diesels, but most xDrive X1s are automatic. On the F48, the manual is almost always a front-wheel-drive sDrive.
